Krystal Marie Ball

Krystal Marie (born November 24 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a presidential candidate for the US Senate, as well as a TV presenter at MSNBC. She was also frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have made it clear they would not be on the show, at the end of May in 2021. They wanted to start their own independent project called Breaking Points. Ball co-hosts the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends with Kyle Kulinski. She has guest starred in shows such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News), and CNN (CNBC). Ball is currently engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani, as of 2020. Ball attributes her interest in politics due to the fact that she became a mom during the 2008 primaries, and was also able to observe the US presidential election results while in Jordan. She witnessed the impact it had on citizens of her home country and was inspired to understand the global impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was chosen by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1st Congressional District in the election of 2010. She was defeated by Rob Wittman. She hosted the MSNBC program The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015. In May of 2017, she founded the People's House Project, a political action committee that works on behalf of Democratic causes.
